AKW is committed to reducing our environmental impact and reliance on traditional fuels to power our operations; as such, our Droitwich Spa offices are both powered by 100% renewable electricity.
Our office and manufacturing facility in Middlewich, Cheshire, which opened in 2024 is also a new-build property and therefore benefits from solar panels installed on the roof and boasts electric car charging points in the car park. The site has also received a ‘Very Good’ BREEAM assessment which judges the sustainability of commercial and public buildings, and exceeded SBEM requirements which calculates the energy performance of non-dwellings.
