AKW’s stationery supplier, Lyreco, minimise waste where they can and have already achieved zero-waste-to-landfill targets across 100% of their sites; they’ve also reduced fleet carbon emissions by 32% between 2013-21, and 99% of the electricity used to run their sites is certified as renewable or supplied from renewable sources.
Lyreco are also committed to promoting diversity in the workplace with 33% of employees and 25% of the senior management team women, and 3.7% of employees black, Asian or from other ethnic minorities.
100% Recycled Cardboard
Lyreco use 100% recycled cardboard from their Telford distribution centre to facilitate deliveries, with packaging being reduced wherever possible

Since 2018, Lyreco have given £300,000 to a social enterprise supporting mentally and physically disabled people get back into work
